Since I was a child, I was lucky enough to learn how to cook by watching my grandparents. They taught me the secrets of making homemade pasta, pizza and bread with a lot of love. Since then, my heart has been conquered by the magic of cooking. I have cultivated this passion by working as a cook and chef in three of the best Italian restaurants in the city before deciding to start my catering company in Italy. For several years, I successfully managed my business. However, with the changes in my life, I decided to move to Spain and chose the wonderful city of Valencia as my new home. When I arrived in Valencia, I had the opportunity to work as a chef in three Italian restaurants in the city. On February 25, 2024, I opened my Degustibus restaurant in the Canovas neighborhood.
Since then, I have truly felt at home in Valencia. I am excited about the opportunities this city offers me and I am looking forward to continuing to grow professionally here, discovering all the wonders Valencia has to offer. I look forward to seeing you all to try the dishes of Italian tradition in my restaurant!
